Abstract
|
With the advent of China's aging population and the high incidence of chronic diseases, the demand for health services for the elderly is becoming more and more urgent. The State issued the Outline for the Healthy China 2030 Plan and the Guiding Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Elderly Health Service System,to provide requirements for the health services of the elderly with chronic diseases and multiple diseases. The article firstly analyzes and introduces the current status of chronic diseases in the elderly in China and the constitutional characteristics of the elderly, and then combines the "Body constitution common soil theory" of WANG Qi,the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,to propose a health service implementation strategy for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly, namely "regulating constitution, regulating constitution while curing diseases and co-treatment to multiple diseases". It will be of great significance to promote the transformation of geriatric medical services from disease-centered model to patient-centered model. |
