Through the analysis of the national famous Chinese medicine doctor WENG Weiliang treatment of two medical cases, including ventricular premature beat after myocardial infarction and frequently ventricular premature beats,to explore the dialectical thinking of Professor WENG's medication. The core prescription for the treatment of premature ventricular beat of Professor WENG Weiliang is summarized. Pseudostellariae Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Santicosi, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma are used to replenish qi and activate blood circulation. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Sparganii Rhizoma, Curcumae Rhizoma are used to activate blood circulation and remove stasis. Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Corydalis Rhizoma, Curcumae Radix, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium are used to regulate qi and activate blood circulation. Sophorae Flavescentis Radix and Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos are used to stabilize the heart rate. Meanwhile, Ophiopogonis Radix, Scrophulariae Raix, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Cortex Albiziae are used to nourish yin and calm the mind. From the analysis and induction of two medical cases, it can be seen that Professor WENG's academic concept in clinical treatment is "to dredge to benefit, dredge and supplement simultaneously, adjust measures according to the time, and examine the cause and syndrome differentiation".
