| Abstract

| [Objective] To analyze the regularity of treatment of yin disease in medical cases.[Methods] Through collating the medical cases related to yin diseases in the 5th edition of Chinese Medical Dictionary,using association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,and statistical analysis was performed on the symptoms,pulses and prescription medications of yin diseases.[Results] A total of 254 medical cases were screened,involving 77 symptoms,19 pulse conditions and 264 herbs. The most frequent symptoms were cough,asthma,epigastric oppression,etc. Cluster analysis has obtained 5 types of core syndromes. Analysis of pulse frequency showed that the occurrence frequency of string pulse was the highest,and the correlation between string pulse and sink pulse was the strongest. The highest frequency of herbs was Poria cocos,Pinellia ternate,Cinnamomum cassia Presl,etc. Correlation analysis showed that the commonly used drug pair combination was Pinellia ternate and Poria cocos,and cluster analysis showed three core drug combinations.[Conclusion] The symptoms of yin disease may involve the upper,middle and lower triple energizers,the clinical medication is mainly warming yang and transforming yin,which follows the treatment method of "harmonizing with warming drugs". |
