Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficiency of whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with slight varus(KOA).[Methods] The 70 patients with KOA with slight Varus were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage, while the control group was only treated with massage. The curative effect was evaluated by comparing the general index,VAS score,Lysholm knee joint score, lower limb force line deviation distance and tibial femoral force line anatomical angle before and after treatment.[Results] All indexes of the two groups were improved by treatment, while the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group.[Conclusion] The whole body layered acupotomy combined with massage is a safe, effective and low-cost method for the treatment of KOA with slight varus. |
