| Abstract

| Professor ZHANG Zongli points out that dampness disturbing spleen plays an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy. In view of its pathological mechanism,the treatment of "activating spleen method" is used to replenish the spleen,wake up the function of the spleen,restore the function of ascending the clear and descending the turbid,harmonize middle jiao. Dampness disturbing spleen is divided into four types,dampness stragnancy due to spleen deficiency,dampness heat stagnating in spleen,turbid damp obstructing in middle jiao and damp blocking spleen yang,respectively,using the treatment with activating spleen and resolving dampness to move qi,activating spleen and clearing heat to promote diuresis,activating spleen and warming yang for diuresis and activating spleen and removing dampness to purge turbidity. This article also analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the compatibility of the treatment of this disease. |
