Abstract
|
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a kind of disease with long course and complicated pathogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an important role in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. At present, network pharmacology has become an effective research method for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of systems biology, network pharmacology established the "drug-gene-target-disease" network by using the techniques of omics,high-pass screening and network analysis, systematically expounded the principle and law of the interaction between the body and the drug, which was consistent with the characteristics of multi-pathways and multi-targets of TCM. Through the research of network pharmacology in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with TCM,it has been found that TCM plays an indispensable role in improving the oxidative stress state of CKD,regulating the inflammatory response, and slowing down the renal fibrosis and cell apoptosis. This paper summarizes the research on network pharmacology in the field of CKD,so as to provide reference for further research on the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. |
