Abstract
|
Diagnostic terminology is a collection of appellations used to express concepts in the field of diagnostic science. It runs through the whole process of medical practice and is an important part of medical terminology group. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine originated from different cultural backgrounds,and have different theoretical basis and thinking modes. In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,due to different understanding of the disease,there are obvious differences in the expression and connotation of diagnosis terminology between traditional Chinese and Western medicine. This paper discusses four aspects of the significance of the research,the connotation of diagnostic terminology,the differences between the expression and connotation of diagnostic terminology in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the causes of the differences,in order to provide help for the normalization and standardization of diagnostic terminology and the link of diagnostic terminology in traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the future. |
