Abstract
|
Psoralea corylifolia is a kind of tonic traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic, which has the functions of tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, invigorating spleen and strengthening stomach. Raw Psoralea corylifolia is dry and has strong hepatotoxicity. Therefore, its processed products are mainly used in clinic. The processing of Psoralea corylifolia was first seen in Leigong paozhilun, and later medical scientists inherited and developed the Leigong processing method in medical practice. Based on the previous research by the research group, combined with the literature related to Psoralea corylifolia published before 2020,this paper analyzes the attenuation mechanism of Psoralea corylifolia by “Leigong processing method” through the changes of chemical components before and after processing. It found that the toxic component (iso) psoralenoside is transformed into the active component (iso) psoralen in the processing process of Leigong processing method. This expounds the scientific connotation of attenuation of Psoralea corylifolia by Leigong processing method and provides scientific basis for further optimizing the processing technology of Psoralea corylifolia. |
