Abstract
|
The theory of “circular motion” guides the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine with the concept of “middle qi is like axis,four-dimensional is like wheel”. It holds that the rise and fall of “yang qi” promotes the motive force of movement, the axle movement of middle qi promotes the normal function of viscera, and more concretely develops the “constant motion” of traditional Chinese medicine theory. Jingu Zangfu massage practices this theory and gives new connotation in regulating qi. In recent years, the Jingu massage team has made some achievements in the application of Zangfu massage in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Based on the application of “circular motion” theory, this paper aims to sort out the etiology, pathogenesis and staged treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,so as to clarify the treatment thinking and direction of Zangfu massage for this disease. |
