| Severe mitral regurgitation (MR) is extremely harmful and easy to induce the acute heart failure and even seriously influence the viability of patients. There are many complications after heart valve surgery. For patients who want conservative treatment,Chinese medicine treatment is particularly critical. By summarizing a long-term and difficult case of Professor YU Chunquan on severe mitral insufficiency with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment,this paper discusses his TCM dialectical thinking and clinical treatment experience,and explores the core drugs through complex network analysis. According to the pathogenesis characteristics of heart valve disease (HVD),the Professor YU determined to use the method of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui to run through all stages of the disease. In this case,the combination of pictures and texts,the use of western medical imaging results to judge the curative effect,objectively and comprehensively demonstrated the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating intractable diseases,and effectively improved the quality of life of patients. |
