| Abstract

| Ulcerative colitis is a complex chronic intestinal inflammatory disease,and its long course and repeated attacks are its important features. Constitution is the "soil" and background factor of disease occurrence. Specific constitution is closely related to the occurrence of specific diseases,and clinical adjustment of the constitution can fundamentally change the soil in which disease occurs,not only can reduce the incidence of disease,but also to reduce recurrence,it has important guiding significance for the treatment of chronic protracted and recurrent diseases closely related to physical factors. By investigating the literatures related to ulcerative colitis and physique,this article finds that there is a close relationship between damp heat constitution and the occurrence of the disease. Combined with the results of literature research,supplemented by the medical case of the founder of traditional Chinese medical constitution master WANG Qi,we elaborated on the application of the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis with "differentiation-constitution,differrntiation-diease,differentiation-syndrome" for clinical reference. |
