Abstract
|
[Objective] The "cytokine storm" caused by immune system hyper-activation after viral infection is an important reason for the conversion of viral pneumonia from mild to severe,and also the important reason for complications in severe patients. In this paper,we screen marketed Chinese patent medicines with significant inhibition in cytokines secretion are provide scientific basis for the treatment of viral pneumonia.[Methods] We investigated the inhibition of inflammatory factors of marketed medicines in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW264.7 cells model. To detect the production of nitric oxide (NO) by Griess method,detect secretion of cytokines TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 by the enzymatic immunoassay kits.[Results] The results here report that Niuhuang Qingxin pill,Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule,Niuhuang Jiedu pill,and Andrographolide dropping pill can inhibit NO production and cytokine secretion in LPS induced RAW264.7 cells,suggesting that these marketed Chinese patent medicine have the activity of inhibiting inflammatory factors.[Conclusion] Niuhuang Qingxin pill,Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule,Niuhuang Jiedu pill,and Andrographolide dropping pill have the effect of inhibiting "cytokine storm",and have more promising clinical applications. |
