Abstract

Recently,the epidemic prevention and control work of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in our country has achieved remarkable results. There have been some cases with positivenucleicacidre-examination,with lack of relevanteffectiveness. When COVID-19 patients aftertreatment with gastrointestinal symptoms as the first symptom,the re-admission ones can be analyzedthe pathogenesis and treatment of the disease based on greater yin syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Thecritical factorshould be the spleen yang deficiency. The cold-dampness can encumber the channel of foot greater yin when he was attacked by pestilence. So the patients showed recurrent nucleic acid positive. The main treatment should be warmyang and strengthen spleen. We hope that more research will focus on the treatment of recurrent positive and convalescent patients with COVID-19,in order to reduce the psychological pressure of patients,shorten the length of hospitalization treatment,so as to reduce the social and economic impact of the disease. |
