Abstract
|
Tao Te Ching has a deep origin with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Many of its arguments echo and share the same origin with the theory of TCM. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the guiding significance of Tao Te Ching to the theory and practice of TCM. By sorting out and analyzing the contents which have an impact and guiding significance on the theory and clinical practice of TCM,we concluded and illustrated with examples such as thinking less and doing nothing quietly;coinciding odds and righteousness to cure diseases. This paper holds that LAO Tzu's TAO Te Ching has a far-reaching impact on the development of TCM,and has a guiding significance on the theory, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and maintenance of TCM. It is necessary to strengthen the collation and research. |
