| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the medication rules on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of Professor NIAN Li by using the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS)".[Methods] The Chinese medicine prescription information of Professor NIAN Li on treatment of diabetic nephropathy from November 2016 to April 2019 were typed into the TCMISS software,and the clinical drug characteristics of professor NIAN Li in treating diabetic nephropathy were discussed by frequency analysis and medication rules analysis method.[Results] The 158 prescriptions for treatment diabetic nephropathy were analyzed,involving 207 traditional Chinese medicine,and the use of frequency in the top 10 drugs are BaiShao,ChuanXiong,DangGui,BanXia,CiJiLi,DanShen,ZeXie,NiuXi,HouPu,BaiZhu and there were 9 groups of drug pairs,3 groups of core drug combinations.[Conclusion] Professor NIAN Li has rich experience in treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the compatibility of high frequency drugs reflects the principle that Professor NIAN Li often use the principles of calming the liver,enriching the blood nourishing yin,improving blood circulation and disperse stasis. We hope to provide reference for clinical treatment and drug research development,and also provide new ideas and references for treatment diabetic nephropathy in Thailand. |
