| Abstract

| This paper analyzes and discusses the experience of treating coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) with fever from wind and fire. According to the analysis of five movements and six qi in Classic of Internal Medicine,Professor DU Shaohui thinks that COVID-19 is mainly caused by taiyang cold water,but it also suffers from shaoyang xianghuo and jueyin wind and wood. The patient in the case continues to have fever. Professor DU treats it from the angle of wind and fire,and treated it by dispersing qi wood,and getting into the blood to pass through heat. He was treated by Xiaochaihu Decoction and Mahuang Chengma Decoction in stages. After treatment,the patient's fever subsided and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory. |
