Abstract
|
[Objective] To construct a comprehensive quality evaluation indicators system of nurses based on iceberg model to provide visual tools for the comprehensive quality assessment of clinical nurses.[Methods] Based on the iceberg model,a systematic and comprehensive quality evaluation system for nurses was established by consulting domestic and foreign literatures, group discussions and using Delphi method to make two rounds of expert correspondence with 16 experts.[Results] Finally, the evaluation indicators system of nurses' comprehensive quality was determined, including 3 first-class indicators,8 second-class indicators and 31 third-class indicators. The effective response rate of both rounds of experts was 100%,the authoritative coefficient of experts in the second round was 0.887 5,and the Kendall W coefficients of the second-class and third-class indicators were 0.492 and 0.387,respectively (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The comprehensive quality evaluation indicators system of nurses based on the iceberg model is scientific, objective and comprehensive. It can be used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of clinical nurses and has reference value for the construction of other hospital nursing teams. |
