Abstract
|
[Objective] In this study, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) chronic disease management was evaluated by the detection of relevant biochemical indicators of patients with peritoneal dialysis and the assessment of life quality scale.[Methods] From August 2018 to August 2019,600 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were followed up in our center for a long time were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 300 cases in each group. The control group was given routine management measures for peritoneal dialysis. On this basis, the observation group was intervened by the chronic disease management model with TCM characteristics. After 6 months of follow-up,the changes in relevant biochemical indicators and quality of life scores before and after intervention were observed between two groups, and the clinical efficacy differences were compared.[Results] Compared with the control group, the observation group had different degrees of improvement in the total average quality of life scores, scores of various dimensions, related laboratory indicators and quality of life scores after treatment (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Chronic disease management with TCM characteristics can significantly improve the quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients, and no adverse events occur during the observation process, which is a management model worthy of further research and promotion. |
