Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of the ultrastructural needle knife therapy in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascitis.[Methods] A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with filiform acupuncture at Ashi point, bladder meridian and HuatuoJiaji point. The above treatments were treated once every other day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The scores of simplified McGill pain questionnaire were used to evaluate the pain of the two groups before and after treatment, and the EMG signals of the core muscles of low back muscle were collected before and after treatment, the average EMG amplitude (AEMG) and average power frequency (MPF),and the clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group (88.10%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.49%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in the two groups weresignificantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The ultramicroneedle knife therapy is effective in the treatment of lumbar dorsal myofascitis and has the value of clinical application. |
