Abstract
    [Objective] To investigate the content of okicamelliaside in Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi from different places by near infrared spectroscopy,and to prepare and investigate its antitumor activity.[Methods] In this experiment,the content of okicamelliaside was determined by HPLC,and its near-infrared spectrum was obtained and established the quantitative model. According to the established model,the quality of okicamelliaside from different areas was evaluated,and high-content samples were selected for the extraction,preparation and activity evaluation.[Results] The established near-infrared detection method was quickly and convenient. The content of okicamelliaside could be determined directly and we can easily screen out high-content samples. Further,bymacroporous adsorption resin separation,HPLC preparation and structure identification,high-purity okicamelliaside was obtained. Cytotoxicity analysis showed that okicamelliaside had a certain activity to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.[Conclusion] This article provides reference quality markers for the quality evaluation of Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi,and provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi.
