| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the extraction process of Compound Xiakucao Lotion.[Methods] Orthogonal test was used to investigate effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and times on extraction process.The extraction process was optimized by comprehensive evaluation indexes based on the content of rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B,and the extraction yield.[Results] According to the result of comprehensive score,the optimal extraction conditions of this preparation were as follows:extracted twice with 8 times of water quantity,each for half one hour.[Conclusion] The optimized process is accurate,reliable and feasible for the industrial production of Compound Xiakucao Lotion. |
