| Abstract

| At present,China's aging population is becoming increasingly prominent. Aging and health problems of the elderly have brought heavy social and medical burdens. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution,the author puts forward the new concept of "individualized health care service for the elderly",and explored a new way to popularize individualized health care for the elderly and reduce the medical burden. It includes developing the constitution identification method according to the "life process theory" and the characteristics of the elderly,realizing the individualized and layered management of health care services for the elderly from the perspective of TCM constitution. And the chronic disease management of elderly health care service is realized from the perspective of individual constitution difference. Among them,the hierarchical management of health care services for the elderly includes the "self-help" family pension mode,"combination of medical care and nursing" community pension mode,"combination of nursing and medical care" institutional pension mode,"combination of tourism and health service" pension mode. The above individualized elderly health care service is based on the modular constitution classification of nine-constitution medicine proposed by Professor WANG Qi,which provides a new tool and entry point for the elderly health management,hoping to deal with the medical and health problems caused by aging with Chinese thinking and Chinese methods. |
