| Traditional Chinese medicine nursing experience of 79 cases of COVID-19 with damp heat accumulating lung syndrome |

| In this paper,79 patients with COVID-19 with damp heat accumulating lung syndrome treated in Tianyi Ward of Wuhan Jiangxia Fangcang Hospital in Hubei Province were reviewed. Based on the basic characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),the "1 + 4" treatment mode of TCM was adopted,with Qingfei Paidu Decoction as the basic prescription and "Jiangxia Fangcang Granule" as the treatment according to the syndrome. Based on basic nursing,we made individualized TCM nursing plan,including the application of appropriate nursing technology with TCM characteristics,emotional guidance,diet care and other measures. The 79 patients,76 were cured and discharged,and 3 were transferred to the hospital. There were no cases recover positive,severe disease,critical illness or death,with a cure rate of 96.20% and remarkable curative effect. This article intends to summarize the nursing experience by analyzing the clinical diagnosis and treatment and nursing process,in order to provide the basis of TCM nursing for the majority of medical staff. |
