| [Objective] To explore the curative effect of ZHENG's massage on the rehabilitation from Chopart joint fracture and dislocation postoperative to walking without crutches.[Methods] From August 2017 to March 2019,the 67 patients with Chopart joint fracture and dislocation were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group after operation. The control group was given routine functional exercise after operation,while the study group was given ZHENG's massage manipulation on the basis of the control group until the patients walked for 4 weeks after removing the internal fixation. The VAS scores and AOFAS scores of two groups were compared at 1,3 and 6 months after the removal of internal fixation and walking.[Results] The AOFAS scores of the patients of the study group (60.32±7.64,86.58±8.54,92.56±9.13) were higher than those in the control group (54.32±7.32,81.53±7.03,85.14±7.23) in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the removal of internal fixation and walking,the comparison between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the patients in the study group (3.06±0.25,2.29±0.50,0.42±0.16) were lower than those in the control group (3.78±0.47,2.84±0.24,1.25±0.43) in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the removal of internal fixation and walking,the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] ZHENG's massage manipulation has obvious curative effect on the rehabilitation from Chopart joint fracture operation to walking period,and can obviously improve the postoperative pain and functional activities of patients,which should be accompanied by the whole process of postoperative rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
