| Abstract

| [Objective] To screen and evaluate the opinions of experts in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine on the diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and nursing of pediatric epilepsy,so as to provide the basis for revising the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Epilepsy with Traditional Chinese Medicine.[Methods] On the basis of previous literature research,Delphi method was used to formulate Expert Questionnaire of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Pediatric Epilepsy,and 40 experts from 26 units in China were surveyed twice,and the collected questionnaire data were counted and analyzed.[Results] Forty questionnaires were sent out in the first round,and 36 valid questionnaires were returned. In the second round,36 copies were sent out and 36 copies were returned. The expert positive coefficients were 90% and 100% respectively. Experts have a high degree of concentration and coordination on diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and nursing. After two rounds of questionnaires,the x value is between 1.06 and 2.00,and the S value is between 38 and 72;the R value is between 0 and 19.40%;the CV value is between 0 and 0.632.[Conclusion] Experts' enthusiasm and professional level are high and cover a wide range of areas. The diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and nursing involved in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Epilepsy with Traditional Chinese Medicine are basically recognized by experts. |
