Abstract
|
To describe the treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine of a patient with severe COVID-19,and try to find a better way to reduce mortality and improve outcomes of patients with COVID-19. The onset,development,treatment and outcome of a patient with severe COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. At the first half of the month,the medical condition of the patient was getting worsened. After treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,the medical condition of the patient was improved and discharged after 2 months. The advantages and disadvantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment have been summarized,which will help find a better way to reduce mortality and improve outcomes of severe patients with COVID-19. |
