| Abstract
|
| Since the outbreak of COVID-19 from Wuhan to the whole country in December 2019,the spread of disease has been extremely fast. Most of the confirmed cases are mild. For the treatment of mild COVID-19,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has achieved significant results. As sanitary and anti-epidemic implementation, many nucleic acid testing of mild COVID-19 patients turned out to be negative and they were discharged. Our hospital has supported the inpatient ward of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Haihe Hospital, which is the designated medical institution for COVID-19 patients. We have accumulated abundant experience in integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in mild COVID-19 patients. Clinical nursing practice has been summarized into eight aspects, including therapeutic schedule of traditional Chinese and western medicine, quarantine and protection measures, psychological counseling, dietary care, exercise guidance, health education, practice of feasible traditional Chinese medicine techniques, and discharge guidance based on traditional Chinese medicine, which may provide reference to subsequent epidemic prevention and nursing practice. |
