| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine unit therapy on clinical remission rate and adverse reactions of senile acute myeloid leukemia. [Methods] The 54 cases of elderly leukemia patients were divided into two groups,26 cases in control group, treated with Western medicine only, and 28 cases in treatment group, guided by integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine unit therapy, treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of chemotherapy. The remission rate,MRD,blood routine index, liver function index, kidney function index, cardiac index, and blood transfusion amount after one chemotherapy cycle were observed. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the MRD value was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was statistically obvious improvement in liver function, renal function,LDH and platelet transfusion were improved in treatment group. [Conclusion] Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine unit therapy can significantly increase the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy, improve the remission rate, reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, improve the tolerance of chemotherapy, and reduce the death rate related to chemotherapy. |
