Abstract
[Objective] To analyze relevant clinical research literatures on the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions and discuss their development trends and related laws with traditional Chinese medicine by bibliometrics methods,so as to provide references for clinical and scientific research. [Methods] China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed were retrieved, and bibliometrics were used to analyze the collected data. [Results] A total of 417 valid literatures were screened, mainly journal articles, and the literature were generally on the rise. The number of publications was the highest in 2011. Most of the documents did not explicitly mention the treatment rules, the prescriptions were mostly self-made prescriptions. The therapeutic drugs include qi-enhancing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs, and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs. [Conclusion] Gastric precancerous lesions have gradually attracted attention, but the treatment needs to be further standardized. There is still a lot of research space for gastric precancerous lesions.
