Abstract
|
Professor LIU Jianqiu believes that cough variant asthma based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is the same as asthma in essence, and it is still insidious phlegm. However, in specific treatment, syndrome differentiation should be made in "wind cough", "dry phlegm cough" and "long cough" according to different pathogenesis. Among them, "dry phlegm and long cough syndrome" is one of the clinical refractory syndromes. Because of phlegm evil, internal heat stagnates for a long time, resulting in dry phlegm, while the vital qi of lung and kidney has been damaged. At this time, the condition is complicated and difficult to treat. Professor LIU Jianqiu's self-made Fuzheng Qutan Zhike Decoction based on clinical experience has a good therapeutic effect. |
