Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the intervention effect of "three part massage and resuscitation method" on behavior, language and social interaction of children with autism spectrum disorders, and to explore its mechanism based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods] From January 2016 to March 2019, 96 children with autism in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. The control group (48 cases) received routine rehabilitation training. The observation group (48 cases) was treated on the basis of routine rehabilitation training combined with three part massage and resuscitation. After 6 months of treatment, the curative effect was observed and the ATEC scale and t-PA and PAI-1 indexes were evaluated.[Results] 1)After treatment, the observation group and the control group showed a significant downward trend compared with before treatment, with statistical difference (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, there was a significant statistical difference between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group. 2)The serum t-PA and PAI-1 levels before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05), and the t-PA level showed a significant upward trend, and the PAI-1 showed a significant downward trend. After 6 months of treatment, the level of t-PA and PAI-1 in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] "Three part massage and resuscitation method" combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the behavior, language, social and other functions of children with autism, and improve the clinical symptoms of children. |
