Abstract
|
Male erectile dysfunction (commonly known as impotence), as a common and frequently-occurring disease in andrology, is often discussed from the viewpoint of kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment is mainly based on tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, but its curative effect is not good in current clinical practice. Combining with his own clinical experience of more than 30 years, Professor LI Haisong put forward the viewpoint of "penile stroke" of impotence, and thought that the core pathogenesis of impotence should be "blood stasis". In treatment, he advocated starting with "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dredging collaterals and calming wind", and combining other methods on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, which has remarkable clinical effect and is worth popularizing and learning. |
