Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of rocking manipulation on synovial inflammation and secretion of synovial MMPs in KOA rabbits.[Methods] 50 New Zealand big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, Model group, Celecoxib group, Rocking manipulation group were using papain articular cavity injection mould, False model group joint cavity isodose physiological saline injection, all group were raised in the same conditions, at the same time, based on HE staining observing synovial tissue inflammatory invasion degree. The expressions of MMP1 and MMP13 in synovial fluid were detected by ELISA.[Results] HE staining showed that the synovial tissue of the model group was thickened, the morphology of synovial cells was abnormal, inflammatory cells invaded, and pannus formation was formed. The synovial membrane was slightly thickened, the cell morphology was basically normal, and the inflammatory invasion was significantly improved compared with the model group. The synovial membrane of the celecoxib group was thickened by 4~5 layers, the lining cells were flattened, and the inflammatory invasion was significantly improved compared with the model group.Constituting the ELISA method to detect the expression of MMP1 and MMP13 in synovial fluid, false model group and normal group, the expression of MMP1 and MMP13 via statistical comparison, no significant (P>0.05), compared with normal group, model group with significant difference (P<0.05), celecoxib group compared with model group, with significant difference (P<0.05), rocking manipulation group compared with model group, with significant difference (P<0.05), celecoxib group compared with the rocking manipulation group, no significant (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Rocking manipulation can alleviate synovial inflammation invasion, inhibit the secretion of MMP1 and MMP13, and reduce the catabolism of KOA cartilage matrix and KOA symptoms by alleviating synovial inflammation. |
