Abstract
|
Scleroderma is a connective tissue disease characterized by focal or diffuse skin hardening and thickening, and its etiology and pathogenesis are complex. Western medicine-based treatment measures have poor curative effect or great adverse reactions. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in treating scleroderma, and it has achieved satisfactory results through differentiation of diseases, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and treatment by stages and types. This paper reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of scleroderma and the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of scleroderma. |
