Abstract
|
The outbreak of a new type of COVID-19 has greatly affected the daily work of medical institutions in China. Although the construction of the fever clinic system can uniformly control the fever patients, the exposure risk of the emergency department doctors and patients has greatly reduced. However, the clinical research results showed that some patients with COVID-19 infection only showed nontypical symptoms such as fatigue and diarrhea in the early stage. A considerable number of critically ill patients need emergency rescue treatment and cannot follow the treatment procedures of patients with fever. This is a huge test for the effective development of early diagnosis and treatment in the emergency department. Comprehensive large-scale traditional Chinese medicine hospital has its own unique characteristics, early pre-diagnosis,triage and diagnosis,as well as how to effectively avoid cross-infection among patients, shorten the treatment time, play the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine has become particularly important. Therefore, the continuous optimization of the emergency diagnosis and treatment process is of great significance and is worthy of further discussion. |
