Explore the therapeutic mechanism of regulating spleen and stomach acupuncture on diabetic gastroparesis based on the changes of gastrointestinal hormones

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of regulating spleen and stomach acupuncture on diabetic gastroparesis and to explore its effect on gastrointestinal hormone level.[Methods] The 70 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who met the inclusion criteria were randomlydivided into observation group and control group by random number table method. At the same time of diabetic basic treatment. The conerol group received oral mosapride cirate dispersible tablets 5 mg,three times per day,oral before meal. Patients in the treatment group were treated by regulating spleen and stomach acupoints in the observation group:zhongwan(RN12),zusanli(ST36),yinlingquan(SP9),xuehai(SP10),sanyinjiao(SP6),diji(SP8),quchi(LI11),hegu(LI4),fenglong(ST40),taichong(LR3),neiguan(PC6),gongsun(SP4). Two groups were continuous treatment for 6 weeks. Clinical symptom score,comprehensive efficacy evaluation,transmembrane protein 16A (ANO1) and gastrointestinal hormone levels were assessed before and after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed.[Results] Clinical observation group the total effective rate was 88.57%,the control group was 68.57%,the main symptoms of gastroparesis evaluation on patients with two groups of treatment can improve the symptoms and general symptoms integral,but in the gas,bloating,loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,general symptoms integral,16 A transmembrane protein and gastrointestinal hormone levels improve,observation group is better than that of control group (P<0.01).[Conclusion] The method of regulating spleen and stomach acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis patients,improve the total effective rate,reduce the content of ANO1 and improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones. Its curative effect is superior to that of Western medicine treatment,and it is safe and reliable.
