Abstract
    Cervical vertigo is a common disease in clinic,and the incidence of this disease has been increasing in recent years,with affecting the quality of life of patients seriously. Combined with almost 30 years of clinical experience,Director TAO Qi insists that most cervical vertigo is closely related to atlantoaxial joint's structure injury and dysfunction,so the bone-setting of atlantoaxial instability and imbalance is the key to the treatment of cervical vertigo. In this article,we study Director TAO Qi's clinical experience in the treatment of cervical vertigo caused by atlantoaxial disorder from the aspects of clinical diagnosis and treatment,two typical cases are attached as evidence.
