Abstract
|
To introduce the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis in recent years. With the acceleration of social life rhythm, the number of patients with cardiovascular neurosis is increasing year by year. Its pathogenesis is complex, and thereis lack of efficiency in Western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) differentiation and treatment has obvious curative effects and high safety advantages in this field. Its mechanism may be related to participating in regulating the function of central and endocrine system, expanding coronary artery, improving vascular permeability, improving circulatory metabolism,anti-depression and anxiety. It is important that we should pay more attention to the role of emotion. The dialectical location is mainly in the heart, closely related to other organs. The main pathogenesis is the unbalance of qi,blood, yin and yang, and restlessness of mind. The treatment adheres to the overall concept, starting from the heart, liver, spleen and kidney, adjusts the internal organs,qi,blood, yin and yang, strengthens the body and eliminates pathogens, and cooperates with acupuncture and massage therapy and the curative effect is remarkable. The common types include disturbance of mind, deficiency of both qi and blood, deficiency of qi and yin, stagnation of liver and qi,disjunction of heart and kidney, etc. |
