Abstract
|
Turbidity of blood is an important pathological factor of cerebral small vessel disease. Treating cerebral small vessel diseasefrom turbid blood hurting marrow can provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease. "Radix Polygoni Multiflori-Polygonum cuspidatum" is an important component of Huazhuo Xingxue Decoction, which has the function of dispelling turbidityand benefiting marrow. This article mainly discusses the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease with the assistant medications pair of"Radix Polygoni Multiflori-Polygonum cuspidatum" from four aspects:etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principle, compatibility significance andrelated pharmacological research. |
