| Abstract

| Professor ZHANG Daning believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea is due to deficiency of primary symptoms and sthenia of secondary symptoms. The deficiency of primary symptoms are mainly deficiency of yang of the spleen and kidney,and fire failure of mingmen. The sthenia of secondary symptoms are mainly liver depression,food injury,damp-heat,cold-dampness. During the clinical treatment,Professor ZHANG Daning proposed methods of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the spleen,warming and strengthening the mingmen,strengthening the astringent and stopping diarrhea in the clinical treatment. With the addition and subtraction of Sishen Pill and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the clinical treatment is to achieve the integration of the whole and the part,the combination of the rationale and syndrome treatment,and the combination of multiple treatment methods. |
