Abstract
|
In the clinical treatment of lymphedema,Professor HOU Yufen mainly treated it from the spleen. He believed that "spleen deficiency and dampness" is the key pathogenesis of lymphedema. The treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen,while weighing the primary and secondary severity of cold,heat,phlegm and stasis,syndrome differentiation and treatment. And it supplemented with external treatments such as fumigation,external application and pressure therapy,it has achieved good clinical results and is worthy of popularization and application. |
