| Abstract

| The precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) of chronic atrophic gastritis belong to "distention and fullness""epigastric pain""epigastric upset""sour regurgitation" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor LIU Huayi thinks its basic pathogenesis is "deficiency due to stagnation,clamping evil due to deficiency". Weakness of the spleen and stomach caused by various reasons is the basis of its pathogenicity,blood stasis and toxin formation are important pathological factors,and "stagnation""deficiency" and "evil" throughout the whole process of the disease. "Deficiency" is the principal cause,and "stagnation""evil" as the secondary. The treatment should be based on "tong",performing stagnation,supplementing deficiency,and exorcising evil,can treat focusing on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoma. |
