Abstract

Liyue Pianwen is the first monograph in Chinese history to discuss the external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The book is characterized by its complete principles,methods,prescriptions and medicines,and its characteristics such as simplicity,convenience,effectiveness,and integrity are called "grandmaster of external treatments". The ideas in the book,such as "external treatment is also based on syndrome differentiation" "three-energizer treatment" "bajie xiangde" "poultice dominate many kinds of diseases" "combination of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine" and other ideas also have important guiding significance for the comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies. This article elaborates on the application of the above external treatment ideas in gastrointestinal malignant tumor postoperative gastroplegia,intestinal obstruction,chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,radiation enteritis,ascites in advanced patients,cancer pain control,etc.,with a view to comprehensive gastrointestinal malignant tumors Treatment provides more diversified treatment ideas and methods. |
