Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effects of warm acupuncture nursing path on the rapid rehabilitation of lung cancer surgery patients.[Methods] From February 2016 to May 2019,132 patients with early stage lung cancer treated in this hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 66 cases each. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the observation group was given postoperative warm acupuncture nursing path intervention on the basis of the control group's nursing, and the prognosis and rehabilitation of two groups were recorded.[Results] The anxiety and depression scores of two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing (P<0.05),and the observation group was also lower than the control group (P<0.05). The ratio of CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes in two groups after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing (P<0.05),and the observation group was also higher than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group's nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 90.9% (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of life quality of the Sympto Check List 90 SCL-90 after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The application of warm acupuncture nursing path in patients with lung cancer surgery can promote rapid recovery, relieve anxiety and depression, improve the body's immune function, and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
