Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the effective components, targets and pathways of cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra in the treatment of psoriasis by network pharmacology, and to explore its mechanism of action.[Methods] The effective components and corresponding action targets of cortex moutan and radix paeoniae rubra were searched through TCMSP platform, the related targets of psoriasis were searched through GeneCards platform. Wayne diagram was drawn by ClusterProfiler R software,so as to obtain the common targets of cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra and psoriasis. Using STRING platform and Cytoscape 3.7.2 software, the target protein interaction network and drug-active ingredient-target-disease network were constructed. GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG metabolic pathway enrichment analysis were carried out on the common targets of cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra and psoriasis by using ClusterProfiler R software platform.[Results] Thirty-seven effective components and 112 potential targets were screened out, among which JUN,AKT1 and RELA were the most concentrated targets. It was found that biological processes such as cytokine receptor binding, cytokine activity and heme binding, and AGE-RAGE signal pathway,IL-17 signal pathway and TNF signal pathway played a key role in the treatment of psoriasis with cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra.[Conclusion] The treatment of psoriasis by cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra is realized by the biological process of multiple effective components acting on multiple targets and pathways, which also provides a theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of cortex moutan-radix paeoniae rubra in treating psoriasis.
