Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of magnesium salvianolate acetate on limb ischemia-reperfusion injury, though investigating the changes of serum proinflammatory cytokines interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1β (IL-1β),interleukin-10 (IL-10) and their mRNA expression during limb ischemia-reperfusion injury.[Methods] A rat model of limb ischemia-reperfusion injury was established. The rats were divided into four groups, and the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-10 and the changes of mRNA in different groups during limb ischemia-reperfusion injury were compared. Then determined the effect of magnesium salvianolic acetate on inflammatory cytokines and their mRNA.[Results] The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β and their mRNA expression in the magnesium salvianolic acetate treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the IL-10 level and mRNA expression were significantly increased.[Conclusion] Magnesium salvianolate acetate can decrease the concentration of inflammatory cytokines in plasma by up regulating the level and mRNA expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines, which can reduce the degree of tissue injury during ischemia-reperfusion,thus playing a protective role. |
