Abstract
|
The incidence of prostate cancer in China is increasing. Prostate cancer will eventually progress to castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). There are many problems in the treatment of CRPC that remain to be resolved. Chemotherapy drugs,immune vaccines and new endocrine drugs have obtained evidence of efficacy in the treatment of CRPC. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of overall regulation,strengthening the body and eliminating evil. In recent years,fruitful researches have been carried out on the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical efficacy and mechanism of CRPC treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has opened up a new way for the clinical treatment of CRPC. |
