Abstract

COVID-19 belongs to the category of "warm plague" in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenic factors are liqi and yidu. Summarized from the perspective of toxic pathogen theory,it has the characteristics of fierce pathogenicity,strong infectivity,easy to mix with six climatic pathogens and conversion with predisposition. To apply aromatherapy to avoid filth,regulate the physical and mental in prevention,while remove poisonous evil and know how to be flexible in treatment. To relieve exterior with fragrance in upper-jiao,dispel dampness and remove toxin in middle-jiao,and eliminate dampness and diuresis in lower-jiao,while pay attention to nourishing yin to prevent recurrence after recovery. Through further excavation,inheritance and innovation of toxic pathogen theory,it will play an important role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in China. |
