Abstract
|
Professor CHAO Enxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine, has rich theoretical and clinical experience in the treatment of allergic skin diseases such as urticaria. Professor CHAO thought "wind pathogen hidden in the body" is the etiology of urticaria, and eliminating pathogenic qi out is the primary therapeutic principle. At the same time,Professor CHAO recommended to treat acute urticaria and chronic urticaria separately. In the acute stage, the main treatment was "dispelling wind pathogens and ventilating lung",while in the chronic stage, the main treatment was "nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation, harmonizing yingfen and weifen". Moreover,Professor CHAO was good at using insect drugs and antipruritic drugs for targeted treatment of symptoms in urticaria. The experience of Professor CHAO in the treatment of urticaria is expounded, which provides ideas for the treatment of urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine. |
