Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Tiaogeng Decoction on the memory ability of menopausal women.[Methods] The 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Tiaogeng Decoction, while the control group was treated with estradiol valerate combined with progesterone capsule for 12 weeks.[Results] There were 38 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group. Compared with before treatment, the improved KI scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the memory quotient of the two groups were improved, and the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and had statistical difference (P<0.01). The level of serum E2,LH in the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.01)[Conclusion] Tiaogeng Decoction can improve the memory quotient and memory ability of menopausal patients with memory decline. According to the thought of preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese Medicine, the improvement of menopausal memory ability is expected to reduce the occurrence of cognitive decline, which may reduce the incidence of female Alzheimer's disease. |
